I’m seeing the news about Vinfast scaling back plans for the size of their site in Moncure. But I’m wondering what’s happening with the eminent domain actions for the homes and church at Old US 1 and New Elam Church Road. Is that moving forward as planned? That was so disturbing to me, and seemed totally unnecessary, to shut down the US1 exit at Old US 1 — take everyone’s properties away — and make a new exit.
