Since I’m so at-risk I use double masks when going out in public. The first inner mask is available, possibly, from Lowe’s Building Supply and is called a 3M 2-Pack Disposable Sanding and Fiberglass Valved Safety Mask

This protects me from you breathing OUT.
Then I wear over the 3M mask a standard surgical mask to protect you from me breathing OUT. Hope it works. Good luck.
