Subject: Why is Virginia Penley & Randy Voller trying to sue Chatham County?
It appears that everyone’s favorite Chatham County loving progressive Virginia Penley, with the help of her mentor Randy Voller are trying to sue Chatham County.
Why?
Well, Virginia Penley apparently hurt herself during a Chatham County Democratic event held on Chatham county property.
In her emails Virginia J. Penley states she is
SEC Member NCDP
First VC 6th Congressional District
Member of the CCDP Executive Committee
As one of the self proclaimed leaders of the local Democratic party, you would think Virginia Penley and her fellow Democratic leaders would have the wherewithal to make sure they had insurance coverage for their event.
Well no, it appears that they didn’t.
And now our holier-than-thou Virginia Penley, with the assiatance of Randy voller, is trying to sue the county to cover for her ineptitude.
Hey Virginia & Randy, thanks for trying to steal money from the taxpayers of Chatham county to pay for your glaring oversight.
Your failue to take the proper precautions and make sure you had insurance coverage sounds like a YOU problem and NOT an Chatham taxpayer problem.
Get your stuff together and stop preaching to us how much you care about this county while you try pulling off a stupid stunt like this.
BTW, Virginia Penley preaches love and understanding on the Chatlist, yet in her Facebook page she posted on May 10 that “We all could use some Weathermen, today.” (screenshot saved)
For those who don’t know, the Weathermen, aka the Weather Underground Organization, was an American left wing terrorist organization that carried out a series of bombings, jailbreaks, and riots from 1969 through the 1970s.

Most Chatham residents I know are peaceful people and we don’t want to set up bomb factories and blow up people. Not sure about the crowd Virginia hangs with.
Suing the county and calling for violence. Is this who local Democrats in Chatham County really want to identify with?
