Subject: Is Costco Thinking of Coming to Chatham? Re: Chatham Chatlist #6175
It was interesting to read the discussion of Costco on the Chatlist. I would love to see them here instead of having to drive to Apex, but since that location is relatively new, it would surprise (and please) me if they expanded here. Costco has a wider selection of many things but they don’t have everything and you often have to buy in large amounts. Consequently I still shop at Food Lion in Siler for some items. I do think we need more options in Chatham, especially since Walmart essentially drove out some other shopping options. Maybe the economic boost from the new poultry plant will help make this a reality. Just my 2¢
