Nature Journaling for Kids
Friends of Lower Haw River State Natural Area is offering a free Nature Journaling for Kids program on April 8th from 2:30 to 4:00 pm. This is an opportunity for kids to put away their phones, escape from the internet and enjoy the renewing power of nature. This Sunday afternoon program is for kids age 7 – 11. Each child must be accompanied by a parent or guardian but a parent may bring more than one child. Pre-registration is required. Contact Nancy Strong nbstrong@nc.rr.com to sign up.
