Subject: Jenkins Propane
I’m a little confused by the recent comments on the chatlist regarding Jenkins Propane. So I figured the best thing for me to do was to call Jenkins and find out what’s going on…
First, I knew that Johnny had retired, and will be dearly missed, but he is still an owner of Jenkins Propane. Second, I’m disabled and the one thing I can’t do without is Heat. This past winter, like a lot of us out there, I could not pay my bill in full each month, I kept Jenkins posted on what I could pay each month and they continued to delivery propane, I have never gone without propane, even when I owed over 500.00 dollars, so I have to wonder why someone would say they could not get a propane delivery from Jenkins. Third, there is a new manager, his name is Chris, I spoke with him today and found him to be polite, and had no problem talking with me about my concerns. I will say that this was Chris’s first winter with Jenkins and I still got the excellent service from Jenkins that they are know for. I’ve have had a great relationship with Jenkins for the last 14 years, and I know that that will continue under Chris’s leadership.
I’m staying with Jenkins!
