I also had some strange outages last weekend. Sunday morning a little after midnight I lost power for about 2 minutes. Then Monday morning about 12:30 it happened again- again for about two minutes. Now isn’t that odd?
So Monday I called Progress Energy and they suggested maybe a bird landed on a line or something and the power cuts off for a minute to prevent an outage.
