Hello All,
I have had experiences at Lowes In Pittsboro I would like to share. We bought a garden tractor there in 2007 and a month later it went on sale for 10% less which was $220 ish. I emailed corporate asking if they would give me back the difference. They told me to go in to the store talk to the manager. No problems they gave me the money back. I thought that was very nice.
Appliances are junk now a days, so that is not their fault. We bought a washer that ended up not being right (very loud) the first time we ran it. No problem the next day they came and replaced it with another. So, I like Lowes. Although they are a corporation, they do employ locals and are from NC too.
