Subject: Japanese Restaurant
After a weekend that was full of “events” we decided to give ourselves a treat and go check out the new Japanese restaurant near Carolina Brewery. Well, we won’t do that again!
The “kitchen” area had folks that seemed to be just standing around, but the tables were all dirty. The floor was dirty. The food “came out” in just about 3 minutes — the sushi was warmer than room temperature, the other entres seemed to have been slopped off of a steam table that had been steaming for much too long.
We thought that since this weekend was “grand opening” that they would be really putting the best foot forward. But ugh! We were so hoping that it was going to be a good place to eat, but —
