If I take my child into a place of business and someone there has a dog which reacts in an inappropriate manner towards my child and the dog owner takes no action, then the dog and the owner have a good old fashioned whooping coming administered by me!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I will not wait on the establishment to handle the matter I will!!!!!!
