Alston Chapel Road supporters please mark your calendars! A grassroots community meeting has been scheduled for Tuesday, June 25, at 7:00 PM at Alston Chapel Church (1832 Alston Chapel Road, Pittsboro). The purpose of this meeting is for residents and friends of the Alston Chapel Road community to learn more about the proposed rezoning and development near the intersection with Old Goldston Road. This collaborative meeting will be a safe space for neighbors to gather, express concerns, and figure out next steps. Anyone who is supportive of preserving of this 63 acre wooded parcel in the Pittsboro ETJ is welcome to attend.
