What: Official Grand Opening Launch Event for Hunt Recycling
When: Saturday, June 8th, 2024, from 9 am-1 pm
Details: We hope you will come out and join us for our official “hard launch” Grand Opening event at our facility (840 Moncure Pittsboro Rd) on Saturday, June 8th from 9am-1pm. The event will include an official Ribbon Cutting conducted by the Chatham Chamber of Commerce, donuts and coffee for the morning, a local Food Truck for lunch, free giveaways, hayride-style tours of the facility, a huge bounce house obstacle course for the kids, our monthly plant swap event, and more!! All are welcome. Come and participate in the plant swap, stop by to support a local food truck, drop in to let the kids bounce, come by for a tour of the facility (weather permitting), or just come check out what’s in the free gift bags.
Plant Swap Details: We will have some tables, chairs, and tailgates available for set up, but feel free to set up your own “booth” or table to swap or sell plants. We encourage participants who wish to accept plants to have plants, seedlings, clippings, or seeds available to trade. Feel free to set up and attend the entire time or drop in when convenient and check out what’s available.
