Coolwater Cowboy Church and Stockyard Cowboy Church will have their annual Kids Round-Up Event at the Pittsboro Agricultural Center located 1192 U.S. Hwy 64 West Business in Pittsboro. The event will be behind the main building in the livestock area. Admission is a canned food donation for the Baptist Children’s Home.
This is a fun event for everyone with competitions for kids aged up to 15 years old. The events are: goat undressing, calf scramble, stick horse race, dummy roping, and beginner (novice) barrel racing. Other activities for everyone are: face painting, mechanical bull, corn hole, practice roping, horse rides, and the Chatham County Sheriff’s Dept. will be giving out kids’ items. “Pete-De-Heat” food truck will be there for food purchases.
