CARE (CHATHAM ANIMAL RESCUE & EDUCATION) is offering FREE spay surgeries for female cats and dogs through July 31, 2023.
This free offer is available to Chatham County residents who qualify for CARE’s targeted spay/neuter program, Lillie’s Fund. (Limit of three female pets per household). Additional pets, female or male, require a co-pay of $20 per pet.

CARE is a nonprofit animal welfare organization that promotes responsible pet ownership by educating the community, providing targeted spay/neuter programs, and fostering homeless cats and dogs until they are placed in loving, permanent homes.
