Thanks to Gene for the video documentation of the run-off from the CPI property onto the Northwood track/trail.
It is important to realize that run-off accumulates. Run-off accumulates not just on high school track and trail, but other kinds of “run-off” — whether it be air pollution, water pollution, or heat pollution — pollution accumulates.
It is much easier to be proactive — to fix it NOW, or to anticipate NOW, than leave it for someone else in the years to come.
