Not sure of which one of you needs to be aware of this.
Apparently the erosion controls Chatham Park Investors have in place in the commercial area butting up against the Northwood cross-country trail are not working sufficiently.

It appears that there is potential for greater damage to the trail on the Northwood campus, which would require the school to spend more funds on repairing the trail.
