It’s pretty easy to look up voter registrations online at the NC state elections website.
According to the voter registration data, there are two Michael Youngs registered as Democrats in Chatham County and while birthdate is not publicly available in the voter website, taking their full names and addresses and doing further searches reveals they are both in their 60s, not 115 as Mr Gastwait alleges. Also they both turned in their absentee ballots in person, which requires logging it in with a clerk, not by mail.
I don’t know where he got the idea one of these voters is 115 because while I didn’t look at every file at the website he referenced, none of the ones I did look at include birth date or age info. Maybe I missed one or didn’t look at the same one he did but if that is the case, the 115 year old Michael Young is most likely a data entry error in the downloaded absentee spreadsheet, not fraud.
This continuously happens where someone claims an impossibly old person voted but investigation almost always reveals data entry issues or same-name confusion, especially when parents have the same names (and possibly addresses) as their children.
