I just got back from Noel’s. He showed me a chain of messages initiated by a woman on Nextdoor.
She claimed that Noel made a racist comment to her, but she wouldn’t elaborate on what exactly he said, and she didn’t say anything to Noel at the time. A whole bunch of people followed up saying that they would no longer patronize Noel because of her unfounded accusation. I am just appalled. I have known Noel for several years, and he is the most un-racist person you could imagine.
I hope if you know any of these people, you will set them straight. I think that woman was just trying to cause trouble.
