You ask why not? Here are some thoughts about that:
Bad for poor people who need every quarter they earn.
Bad for a government such as ours that wastes money and has no clue how to manage DOWN expenses… all they know is how to manage UP expenses.
Just because other counties do it doesn’t make it good for us (nor for them) .8 wrongs don’t make a right.
PS: Assumptions such as VOTE NO are Republican signs with the inference they are bad, is dumb. Every person has a right to air their thoughts without being impugned unless they ask for feedback.
