Subject: Smaller circles
A slightly smaller traffic circle would make it clear that the circle is one lane, not two, and help stop people from trying to sneak around the outside because they want to get off at the next turn.
The wider circles on Hillsborough Street in Raleigh caused no end of trouble until they were rebuilt to be completely clear about what lanes went where.
