Subject: roadway changes to The Circle?
I heard from someone (who shall remain nameless because I didn’t ask permission to quote same) in the last few days, that the D.O.T. plans to make the circle SMALLER. This person (a reliable reporter in my opinion) did not know why, just said it was the DOT’s decision, not the town or county’s. Why would this be considered a good idea? Has anyone else heard this of this possibility? If it is true, do we, the citizens of the town/county, have any power at all in the situation?
