Subject: How to check your website for accessibility issues
You may think you don’t need to know about digital accessibility. But if you own or edit a website, you do!
On Tuesday, August 21, find out why digital accessibility needs to be on your radar and learn how to check your own website for accessibility issues. Phil Daquila, a web accessibility analyst and a web development project manager, will present at the 6 p.m. gathering of the Pittsboro / Chatham Social Media & Internet Marketing Meetup.
Phil, who is a member of the International Association of Accessibility Professionals (IAAP) and a champion for making websites accessible to all users, will demo accessibility checks for the web and for PDFs. Phil will provide helpful information to attendees of any knowledge level.
Please join us for this valuable presentation.
The cost is $5 per person plus the cost of your dinner and tip to the server. We will meet in northern Chatham County. To RSVP, please visit the website of the Pittsboro/Chatham Social Media & Internet Marketing Meetup at
