Yesterday i mentioned that forgetting words is troublesome. But it is not half as scary as loosing keys four or five times a day. Well, maybe  loosing Cell phone three times a day is equally scary.

I have added so many charms, doo-dads to my key chain it is heavy, bulky and uncomfortable to carry on my person. And not only that, If looked at from the wrong perspective, I do not recognize them as the object I am searching for. And if I do leave them in a place to avoid being bothered with that bulk on my person, I search and search for their current hiding place.

Then there is the factor that metal key chains, metal key chain holders are not made of the stuff they used to be. Cheap metal will break after a year or a few months, scattering your keys to the far corners of who knows where.

I keep at least three sets of keys in various places just in case. I would love to have one for my automobile hidden on the outside of it, but not yet figured out how to do that, so that it wouldn’t be easy for someone else to find.

Years ago, I lost my  Volvo car keys in Walmart (Siler city) parking lot.  I borrowed a friend’s car to drive eleven miles home to get my extra set of keys.  A hour later, I arrived back to find that my lost keys were in the door of the Volvo. Some kind and trustworthy person had found them-I guess the car theive crooks were on vacation . . .

Now if only I could find my eye glasses . . . maybe I could find my keys ….
