Subject: Forestry is considered agriculture
okay, I am starting on the easy one. Neither the county NOR Pittsboro have jurisdiction over forestry which is considered agriculture, specifically silviculture. NOR do any of you nosy whatevers have a NEED to know what someone else is doing on their property as long as it stays on their property and is legal. If that makes you unhappy go back where you came from.
Second – here’s a thought you need need to embrace and get used to: this chatlist belongs to Gene and Gene ALONE!! what is it you do not understand about that. he is doing it all himself, The only thing anyone pays for on it is advertisements. Okay I will help you. First I said, in german, “I am third generation german-american. My greatfather hit the ground here in 1870”. He had gotten tired of fighting the Kaiser’s war. The next is the timeless Latin for “from many, one!” We, meaning all the different nationalities, ethnicities, and races, chose to establish the english language as the common language for government, education, and business. Some of us didn’t have much choice, but we did it. That’s the way it was and is. I have been a charter member of this motley crew since the ’90’s. Used to really enjoy it. It’s still all good. But people, and I DO NOT pretend to speak for Gene, on this issue he is spot-on. So get off his back!! Again, if you don’t like it, please go somewhere else. Hopefully you’ll be happy there.
