Continuing Education is offering the following spring classes to complete the spring semester:

Cone 10 Gas Reduction Workshop
This class is open to any potter that can provide cone 10 bisque ware to be fired. Instruction offers an understanding of the reduction firing process. Focused discussion includes properties of atmospheric changes during a reduction firing and how those changes affect the outcome.
Dates and times: Friday, 4/13, 9:00a-3:00pSaturday, 4/14/, 8:00a-7:00p; Saturday, 4/21, 9:00a-12:p.

Creative Writing

Writing the Killer Mystery:  This course will cover the elements of the murder mystery, including sub-genre, story premise, development of characters and plot.

Business of Writing for Children: Writing a book is only the first step in the process of becoming a published author. Discover the business of writing for children-from the blank page to submitting your manuscript, and marketing your book through this six hour workshop.
