Subject: Danny to the rescue . . .
Early in August 2000, a small tick/ flea infested red Persian cat adopted me.
I am guessing he was 5-7 months old. That was my Danny. Wonderfully healthy long haired boy. Then the horror! Late one night I found him near the front door, a broken back leg. A bad break. The jagged bone was exposed. I bandaged, made a split as best as I could. Long story short, his leg was saved- to the tune of nearly $3,000.00. Dr. Bonnie did a fantastic job.
Danny has always been a loving and attentive cat. He seems to know when I’m not feeling well. And, when I sing, he becomes even more concerned. If I am in the house and belting out ‘I’m Gonna Love You Come Rain or Shine”, he starts walking circles around the room or heads for the door.
If outside, and I put forth my rendition of “Rock-a-Bye Your Baby” he rushes up to me, meowing at the top of his lungs as if to say “Are you dying?” “Please put a stopper in it, please?”
He never meows “Break a leg”- neither of us want to relive that nightmare . . .

Very good. Thank you for saving Danny. Love animals and especially kittys.
