Subject: CenturyLink and my 2 cents
We’ve had CenturyLink for several years over here on Clark Self Rd. Now, I’m not a “computer guy”. Unknown to us we have been using for years a modem/router combo unit provided by CenturyLink and an additional router also provided by CenturyLink, the later costing $7 per month. Who knew – I told you I’m not a “computer guy”. And of course CenturyLink didn’t tell me. When the expensive redundancy was brought to my attention CenturyLink sent me a mailing label to return the costly unnecessary second router. I remind you we had been paying for the unnecessary router for years. Now wouldn’t you know it, although I used the mailing label they provided they claimed they never received the router. It was worse than fighting City Hall.
