Thank you, Dwain, for posting your experience with CenturyLink. I too have had horrible experiences with them. I built a new home off Buckner Clark. The only choice was CenturyLink. The tech that came to install the line did not have the equipment to drill through the concrete wall in the basement, so the line runs under my basement door. It took three calls and several minutes of waiting to get techs to come out to the house at all. And then it took several visits before they did what they did. Each time, I called in advance to make sure the techs had the equipment to drill – never happened. So now I am like you, I think they will just leave it with the wire running under my door.
