For a non-existent entity my how you bellow! (I could CAPITALIZE every word and add more exclamation points!!!!!!, but it’s tiring and your rant is typical and tedious – whew.
Regarding the BOC and “liberty”, I suppose if you call liberty building anything anywhere in a chaotic state I won’t go along with you. But, really, I don’t think this is a conversation about danger. Rather it’s about money. I could point to the obvious but to me the most cogent point is that if we leave quality of life, which is what zoning decisions address, meaning your neighbor can’t put a parking lot next door without BOC deliberations, if we leave these decisions to each property owner to address based on plain old human greed rather than community good our local situation will become grim indeed.
