Subject: Vets… Chatham Crossing all the way!
I will say that I LOVE LOVE LOVE my vet at Chatham Crossing. Dr David Webster is the best. Â I would like to call him a friend more than my Veterinarian. He has gone above and beyond many times to help me and my furry children.I switched to him from Hillcreek not because I had a bad experience with Hillcreek, they were great as well, but because I moved closer to Hope Crossing and because my Rottweiler at the time was becoming a handful and I felt a Male vet may be able to handle him easier. (my rottie was in LOVE with the vet at Hillcreek.. if you get my drift lol)
I have since moved to the far side of Pittsboro but will not change my vet practice. Â Hope Crossings staff are friendly, outgoing, and my furry kids love them. Â They are patient and understanding of all my concerns. Â I could not imagine another vet practice doing all the things Hope Crossing has done for me much less all the things Doc Webster has done.He truly cares for his clientele.
I have been to Jordan Lake vet once. Â It was a last minute thing for my dogs eye. Â Hope crossing was booked for the day (BUT if it had been an emergency I know they would have let me come in because they have always done it in the past) Â I being the worried mother that I am did not want to wait until the next day for my baby do have his eye looked at so I called Jordan Lake. Â They had me bring my boy in and all he needed was some salve. (Swimming in Jordan Lake he had gotten a minor infection) Â They were friendly and outgoing as well. Â I felt guilty for going there as my heart belongs to Hope Crossing and I do not ever want them to think I would switch. Â I called Hope Crossing to have my boys records faxed over and they were very understanding and they know how I can be such a worry wort.
I have only had one bad experience with a vet in Pittsboro but I will not name them as it was some time ago and although I will never go back I am sure they have had a change in staff since then.
Hill Creek when I went there were great, patient, friendly, and my dogs loved the vets. (like I said my Rottie loved one of them too much and it was embarrassing)
Jordan Lake was great. They let me come in at last minute and were open and friendly. My dog seemed to like them as well and if I ever need to take my furry kids somewhere and Doc Webster cannot see them I like to think of Jordan Lake as my back up vet.
Hope Crossing though….  I cannot say enough great things about them.  If I were to move out of state I would have to travel back to see them.  Everyone there is friendly, caring, and patient.  They have a new vet there too!  i have yet to meet her but I am sure she is as caring as the rest of the team. I HIGHLY recommend Hope Crossing to anyone looking for a vet. I have had vaccines done there, neuters, spays, and even just had my boy get a major surgery there as he tore his ACL and the staff even took some photos and videos of the surgery for me!!!!  They are willing to let my little 8 year old niece  go there and check the place out as she may grow up to be a vet and I have never had anyone offer that before!  They go above and beyond what any vet has ever done for me. Â
I know I am repeating myself and I apologize. I just truly feel lucky to have such a great team in my life to watch over my furry kids.
