*** The “New” Arm Bike – Monday, August 18th, 1pm

The classic arm bike, or upper body ergometer (UBE), provides a great upper body endurance workout, when used appropriately. However, we have recently acquired a new Total Body Ergometer with both upper and lower cranks.. It can be used as upper body only, lower body only (recumbent bike), or together for a complete total body exercise. In this clinic you will learn how to properly and effectively use the Total Body Ergometer to get a great cardiovascular workout.
