Third Annual ArtBrake local artist tour – 5 Stops, 11 artists
Artists will open their studio doors for the third annual ArtBrake during the last weekend of April 2014. Ride through the woodsy vistas and scenic beauty of Chatham County, NC and discover one of its richest resources – the artists! Enjoy the art of eleven dedicated, locally and regionally known artists.
In five easy stops, visitors can view unique artistry for sale.
Behind every piece of art is an artist’s story. Meet the artists and experience the process of creating art in a wide spectrum of styles and media. Delight in finding that perfect, original piece of art, a treasured gift for yourself or that special someone.
This free, self-guided tour will be Saturday and Sunday (April 26 and 27)from 10am-5pm. The artists’ studios are all found within a 3 mile radius in northeastern Chatham County. Enjoy talking with the artists, learning where they get their inspiration from, and seeing demos of some of their techniques.
