Taylor Kish…Below is a summary of the two points I made in response to one of your Chatlist entries:

1. Yes, we do have the right to question what is going on with private property. There are lots of examples of it in our laws.

2. There are no mobs on either side of the Chatham Park debate

I just wanted to clarify since (in your last post) you implied that I said a lot more.

I do have a response & my own question about your latest entry…

Your question…”What is Chatham Park proposing that existing laws, rules, and ordinances are insufficient?”

Maybe nothing. But, citizens have the right to ask for a higher standard of due diligence. That includes making sure our existing laws are appropriate…especially when tested against something as unique as Chatham Park.

My question…In your definition of “lawful/lawless” you suggest that there are laws being “ignored” in the Chatham Park debate.

Please provide specific examples. Making general statements about the Constitution is not enough. What in the Chatham Park debate is being done (in your words) “outside of our constitution”?
