Former Chatham Coalition Commissioner George Lucier better watch out. Looks like someone is looking to replace him as the “smartest person in Chatham County.”

All I can say is that we rubes in Chatham County are just so very fortunate to have someone so very smart telling us what we should do and how we should live.
