Subject: Who is Taylor Kish
Who ia bwhind the Taylor Kish Series of slanderous, slash attacks on people who question the Chatham Park rezoning request? In a post appearing in the December 28th Chatlist edition, Mr. Brad Page states … “Apparently, Taylor Kish does not exist but is a persona created solely for the purpose of advancing an agenda for political or commercial interests by appealing to the emotions of fear and anger and discontent†.
So, if Taylor Kish is not a real person then what is going on? One possible answer emerges when you Google the terms “TAYLOR† and “KISH†. When you do this, eventually you will find the terms refers to a statistical analysis system known as the TAYLOR series of the KISH grid.
Many cites explain this statistical system. The first page of cites, for example, include 10 references. The first is from the Naval Academy Postgraduate School entitled … “Systematic and Complex Sampling†. The l0th cite is from SAS Institute in Cary.. This reference is entitled … “SAS/STAT® 12.3 User’s Guide, The SURVEYREG Procedure†.
So … it appears Taylor Kish could be a code name derived from a systematic and complex statistical analysis system. This suggests the possibility that those involved in statistical analysis systems could be responsible for the Taylor Kish attacks? Does anybody have a clue??
On the other hand, if Taylor Kish is a real person, perhaps he or she will be so kind as to make himself or herself available for lunch with those who have been targeted.
