*** Strength Training for Runners – Monday, February 17th, 1pm

If you want to perform at your full potential, you need to take a comprehensive approach to your running. That means targeting areas of fitness you may not normally pay attention to, like strength training. Studies have shown that strength training can improve body composition by helping you maintain or increase your lean body mass, decrease the risk of injury, and help strengthen connective tissues, making the entire support system more durable.  Come to this clinic to learn how you can use strength training to support your running efforts.
