Dear Mr Voller

Thank you for your reply on the list about my concerns.

Just one question re. water , have you read the little notices that have been sent out  about the public water?   The water has been and is carcinogenic.   It may well be the best water in the Triangle region too.   However  I do not know what the rest of the public water quality in the Triangle region is like. Do they get the same kind of notices with the water bill?  That most people do not read and do not understand.

I do not think it will stand up to the state gov or multi billion dollar companies.

Which means NOTHING.  Anyone  can make any kind of statements they wish and will.   The only protection is  that people, who are/will be,  buying into this Park make sure they own their mineral rights when they buy their property and that the water is safe to drink. Why because it concerns their children and the rest of their family generations.   That is the most important.   Money means nothing when your health is gone.

As long as Chatham Park keeps the mineral rights as part of the sale to home buyers there would be no danger  of fracking in the middle of a new home development.   Or would there be?
