Subject: Al Cooke’s comment
I’d like to personally and publically thank you Mr. Cooke. For those of us who don’t/didn’t know, Mr Cooke took the time to respond to the entire question of Chatham Park.
In a few short paragraphs he basically defined the entire issue brilliantly. I find this very encouraging and uplifting. This is what I love about Chatham County. We have some really smart folks living here. A negotiated developement agreement, with the force of law behind it, serves both parties, the county/town and the developers. I would encourage any and all concerned to read Mr. Cooke’s comment in today’s (11-7-2013) chatlist.
Thanks Al, you’re a treasure, the best ideas are indeed simple and easy to understand.
