I am going to put this in a very polite way . We put up with tens of thousands of political BS signs every election .
Mr. Hart has a right to put up as many signs as he needs to for this sale . When the sale is over I know the signs will be collected by his employees . Harold Hart has done a lot for not only Siler City but Chatham County .
I know this because my daddy Marlin Stinson did upholstery and we often got calls from Mr. H to make repairs on customers items that either had some damage from use or a manufacturers defect which Mr. H would either have us fix to the customers satisfaction or replace the piece .
He has sold good furniture for many years and employed a good number of employees , many of which have been with him for many many years as he treats his employees as well as customers , like family . Mr. Harold Hart has fallen into very seriously bad health and is currently in the hospital with pneumonia . The sale he is having is an inventory reduction sale . He doesn’t just sell to the public he has sold to many furniture stores across the state and he will often buy quality pieces in large quantities to get the best deal for the stores that buy from him . The end result is you can buy furniture that would cost twice to three times more in a good quality furniture store for less from Hart Furniture .
Right now due to his current health condition he is liquidating much of that he has already bought . Most of this furniture was bought under contract and hasn’t even been unloaded off a truck from the manufacturer . These signs are not just for some cheap furniture sale , they are for what may be a once in a lifetime opportunity to buy something you couldn’t normally afford for your home .
This is the first time and possibly the only time this will happen depending on his health . We do not know what Harold’s future holds at this time and those who know him have him in their prayers .
With that said ,, give it time , don’t fuss about the signs , and if you want a really good piece of furniture you wont buy it from a better person than Harold Hart . There are very few people I have respect for like I did my daddy , Harold is one of them .
If you don’t buy from him at least keep him and his family in your prayers .
