FREE YOGA CLASS at 10 am on Saturday, 9/14 at The Abundant by Nature Wellness Center, 781 Mount Carmel Road (just past Nature Trail). Free Pilates class at 9am, Food Trucks, Rhonda Robichaux Band and many other women’s wellness vendors from 9-2.
