Subject: RFP for Carolina Meadows Community Grants Program
Carolina Meadows, a not-for-profit continuing care retirement community in Chatham County, has a long history of investing in the community through outreach, volunteer efforts and a community grants program which
supports local not-for-profit agencies.
Carolina Meadows is pleased to announce the 2013-2014 Community Grants Request for Proposals (RFP). Grants in the range of $2,000-$20,000 will be awarded from a pool of approximately $110,000. Agencies that serve Chatham County are eligible to apply.
Because of our mission to enrich the lives of seniors, focus this year will be on programs that serve seniors. The other focus this year is hunger relief. Collaborative efforts with other agencies are encouraged. The application is available at http://carolinameadows.org/about-us/community-grants. Applications must
be submitted by October 1, 2013.
