a while back, there was a post regarding this about the tethering.  When I questioned it, I was told by whom, I don’t remember, that this was not being considered, and was basically a “troll” remark.  Now, I see that it is under consideration, so might want to verify if “trolls” are actually trolls, or are, instead, privy to something we may not know.

Although I hate tethering, and I do support Dogs off Chains, I wonder if this is passed as a NO tethering, just how many people and pets out there in Chatham are going to being adversely affected …   There are many, many wonderful and loving pet owners who simply cannot afford more expensive housing for the pet..so if this is passed, what does this door open for petowners in Chatham?

And if passed, how many potential responsible pet owners would no longer be able to keep a pet?  so..who’s gonna handle the influx into CARE and the pound?

just saying…and folks, please do not send any personal ugly emails to my email address..they will simply be deleted.  A discussion on the side effects on the chatlist would be enlightening, though.
