Subject: Century Link issues – Resolved? For now, yes.
I wasn’t surprised to hear that several others have had the same exact problem. We had a tech come out yesterday who worked a long time at the problem and said he had it fixed. He seemed really good and was delving into the problem. For now, we have phone service. But, like I said, it’s happened before.
I received the following message from Century Link in response to my posting. Maybe any of you who experience problems should contact her.
