*** When, Why, How & How Often Should You Change Your Workout Routine – Wednesday, March 20th, 11:30AM

If you exercise regularly, it is likely that you have experienced extended periods of time when your body failed to respond to your workouts. Even though you were working out as you had in the past, you were not getting any results. Those periods are referred to as plateaus, and they can cause you to lose interest in your workouts. The key to moving past a plateau is to force your body to adapt by changing your routine.  This clinic will explore the importance of changing your routine and when, why, how and how often you should change it.

DCFL Fitness Clinics are 30-minute informative sessions on a wide range of health and fitness-related topics.  Space is limited – registration is required.  Call DCFL at 919-545-2133 or stop by our Member Services Desk to register.    These clinics are free and open to everyone, so register with a friend!
