Subject: 5K Reindeer Run and Rudolph’s Fun Run – Register Today!
Put on your running shoes and mittens, and get ready for the always entertaining 5K Reindeer Run! For our annual event this year, we will start the run at Central Carolina Community College campus in Pittsboro, NC, where runners and walkers will begin the 3.1 mile USATF certified course on the T.H.A..N.K.S. trail, run through scenic downtown Pittsboro and finish at the community college. The run will start promptly at 8:00am on Saturday, December 8th.
In keeping with our annual tradition, there will be a special kid’s 1-mile Rudolph Family Fun Run that is free for children grades K-5th and we invite the entire family to join in on this fun physical activity challenge.
This year we are encouraging team participation, so sign up today with a team to receive a discounted registration rate. Race shirts are guaranteed for early bird registrations received by November 8th. You do not want to miss this 5K run, so get your team together and start training. 5K racers will receive awards for over all race winners in gender and age categories.
