Subject: Free Fitness Clinic at DCFL – All about Tendonitis

The Duke Center for Living at Fearrington Health and Fitness Center is hosting a Fitness Clinic about tendonitis on Tuesday, April 24th at 1:00pm.   Tendonitis is the inflammation, swelling, and irritation of a tendon caused by overuse, injury, or aging. Certain diseases, including diabetes and rheumatoid arthritis, may also cause tendonitis. Learn how proper care and treatment may help alleviate pain, reduce inflammation and aid in healing tendonitis.

The 30-minute session is free to everyone, but space is limited and registration is required.  Call DCFL at 919-545-2133 to register.
