Subject: Its a good thing there is a Chatlist
If it wasn’t for the Chatham Chatlist, the GSC would not have known about the extent of dissatisfaction of its former customers.
The reality of it is, that when most customers experience bad service or bad food either once or several times, they just do not come back. No complaints. At the time when diners do have a compliant, who do they complain to and will the compliant get to the right party?
Because of this Chatlist, a small number of complaints were made known and realistically there may be loads more dissatisfied customers who are either not on the list or just do not feel like making a compliant public.
Owners took note and changes are/will be made and business will hopefully thrive again.
