Subject: Appliances?
I had a TERRIBLE experience with Sears appliances and will never shop there again for anything ever. Fridge and Washing machine were not installed correctly. The dryer door was put on backwards and dented during installation (they would not replace or repair).
We had to replace the dryer vent which came detached within a year. We had to call 3-4 times to get a call back, and nothing worked properly until we paid another company to come fix everything.
Only two years later we had to replace the washing machine (destroyed itself because it was set up incorrectly from the beginning) with one from Lowe’s and had a fantastic experience! We ordered online during a 20% off sale, didn’t pay for delivery or installation and it was done right the first time!
They even took away the old machine. Highly recommend Lowe’s if you don’t find anyone local.

Back in ’95 we bought a sears lawn tractor and bagger.We had to pay upfront and salesman said it would be delivered in a few days.After constant calling ,three weeks later we received the bagger and no tractor.After more phone calls and bitching a week later they delivered the tractor and ANOTHER bagger.I had to beg the delivery guys to take back the second bagger as I had no room for it nor anybody to give it to.Tractor ran good but parts kept falling off.I’ll never go through that again.
