The Chatham County Council on Aging and Triangle J Ombudsman Program will be hosting a free family advocacy class entitled “Nursing Homes and Adult Care Homes: Getting Good Care There” on Tuesday May 17th from 6-8 pm. Please join us at the Eastern Chatham Senior Center in Pittsboro to empower yourself to advocate quality care and quality of life for your loved one. You will learn what good care is, tools for partnering with facility staff, and what additional outside resources are available.
