How refreshing, Anne Flannery, to see someone so gracefully and courageously acknowledge and correct a mistake! I know nothing about the business involved, being a relative newcomer to Chatham county, but I will try them next time I’m in need, based largely on your experience and on this posting. So many people have forgotten the art and the power of gracious apology. Thank you for modeling such civilized behavior for the rest of us.
